Summary:
Providing comprehensive administrative and financial support. This role encompasses managing financial transactions, coordinating daily activities, assisting clients and suppliers, and overseeing internal and external communication processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track incoming and outgoing finances, including invoicing and reconciliation with the bank.
- Handle accounts receivable and supplier payments.
- Provide administrative and financial support to clients, including onboarding new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate and manage schedules and prioritize meetings based on business and personal needs.
- Direct communication with suppliers and clients.
- Manage internal bureaucracy, including supporting the team, profit and loss reporting, and coordinating events and team meetings.
- Manage and execute internal and external communication, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Be the point of contact for internal and external interfaces.
- Play a role in ensuring a smooth day-to-day flow of communications with relevant stakeholders, and with our team and vendors.
- Anticipate and address potential issues and challenges, and proactively seek solutions to address them.
- First point of contact for employees, clients, and subcontractors
- Providing active support to the CEO and the team in all organizational and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Fast learner who loves people and with a “can-do” attitude.
- Flexible and takes on challenges with passion.
- Fluent in both English and Hebrew – Must
- You have a sense of ownership and can take projects E2E
- Independent with a proactive approach, detailed oriented and great coordination capabilities
- Proven experience in administrative and financial roles.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and dynamic multi-tasker with a desire to learn.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in customer service or client relations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
