Job Description:

As our VP Social Media Manager, you’ll manage our client’s B2B and B2C social media efforts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook,  TikTok, and LinkedIn, from strategy to execution. If you’re all about developing and executing social media marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing brand presence, engaging target audiences, and driving business growth using content and creativity, and you’re passionate about B2B marketing, we want you on our team! 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B social media marketing, a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and a proven track record of creating and implementing successful social media strategies for businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B social media strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
    • Identify and capitalize on emerging social media trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Oversee creating engaging and relevant social media content tailored for B2B audiences.
    • Manage content calendars, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery across all platforms.
  • Audience Engagement
    • Foster meaningful engagement with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and potential clients through social media channels.
    • Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Performance Analysis
    • Utilize social media analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns. (HubSpot experience is an advantage)
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to align social media efforts with overall marketing and business objectives.
    • Provide social media expertise and guidance to other departments as needed.
  • Brand Management
    • Safeguard the company’s brand reputation by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in all social media communications.
    • Develop and enforce social media guidelines and best practices for employees and partners.
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Provide coaching, guidance, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Qualifications:

  • Native English speaker.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B social media marketing, with a proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies. 
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data to make informed decisions.
  • Working with social media planning, management, and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and HubSpot
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset and a passion for staying updated with industry trends and developments.
