Now, we’re growing — and we’re looking for a sales and business development manager to take us to the next level.
Your Mission
You’ll be responsible for identifying, connecting, and converting new business opportunities — with a specific focus on Israeli B2B startups and global tech companies looking for outsourced marketing leadership and execution.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing deals with tech founders, CEOs, and VPs of Marketing.
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with tech startups and global scale-ups.
- Build meaningful connections with VCs, CFO-as-a-service providers, branding firms, and other strategic partners.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop creative outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, referrals).
- Represent SAGE at industry events, demo days, and networking forums.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to tailor proposals.
- Help shape our go-to-market strategy and company growth path.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven success in sales or business development roles — ideally within a marketing agency, VC, law firm, branding firm, or tech services company.
- Deep understanding of the Israeli startup/tech ecosystem.
- Strong network among founders, investors, and service partners.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Passion for storytelling, strategy, and growth.
- Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a love for fast-paced environments.
